Aberdeen Standard Investments (“ASI”) announces that its Luxembourg entity, Aberdeen Global Services S.A. (“AGS”), will change its name to Aberdeen Standard Investments Luxembourg S.A. (“ASI Lux”) with effect from 1 January 2019. Following the merger of Aberdeen Asset Management PLC and Standard Life plc in August 2017, the renaming of the Luxembourg entity marks another key milestone in the integration of the two businesses. As the flagship “super” fund management company of ASI it holds the regulatory license to manage both UCITS and AIFs.
