Lindsay Korytko has recently joined NautaDutilh Luxembourg's Intellectual Property, Technology and Competition law practice as a senior associate. He assists clients on IT contracts and outsourcing arrangements, digital transformation projects (including on e-signature and e-archiving), data protection, e-commerce, IP and general commercial matters. Prior to joining NautaDutilh, Lindsay Korytko worked for a magic circle law firm and a Big Four affiliated law firm in Luxembourg. In 2017 and 2018, Lindsay Korytko was seconded to a Luxembourg-based qualified trust service provider to deal with eIDAS regulatory and GDPR compliance issues and to draft, review and negotiate IT contracts.
