Ogier has promoted private equity specialist Virginie Gonella to Managing Associate. Virginie Gonella joined Ogier in Luxembourg at the inception of the office in 2012. She has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2007. She has extensive experience of international transactional work for major private equity clients and advises the same segment of clients on regulatory matters. Virginie Gonella specialises in providing advice on the establishment and financing of many forms of domestic and cross-border regulated and unregulated Luxembourg vehicles, structuring cross-border acquisitions in all areas of corporate law.
