DIGITAL”, the 7 letter word that has been at the forefront of all finance professionals’ discussions for a while. While the world has gone digital at an incredible speed, for the most part financial services firms have been slow to follow.
Yet today’s clients now expect to be able to access financial services on their terms: anytime, anywhere and on any device, and to enjoy experiences that meet the Silicon Valley standards of Uber, Google and Netflix. For financial service providers this means that to be successful in the long run, they will need to transform their client strategies and services by “going digital” or risk losing ground to new entrants and competitors.
