ESPACE PRESSE: nouveau bébé de IPL
Information & Publicité Luxembourg (IPL) et Editpress Luxembourg S.A. ont souscrit à parité le capital de LUF 2 millions de ESPACE PRESSE Sàrl, nouvelle régie publicitaire installée dans les locaux de IPL au Val Fleuri. La gestion de Espace Presse a été confiée à M. Didier Prudhomme, directeur financier demeurant en Belgique. Un comité de Direction à quatre têtes a été constitué, avec MM. Jean-Pierre WIlwerding (IPMM Deutschland), Lou Scheider (IPL), Alvin Sold (Editpress) et Roland Kayser (Polygraphic S.A.)
