Blue is the new green? Accelerating credible blue-finance solutions in Luxembourg

Luxembourg can play a strategic role by directing capital towards blue infrastructure and projects.   The ocean underpins global prosperity: over 80% of world trade by volume travels by sea, around 500 million people rely on small-scale fisheries for income, and more than three billion people depend on marine resources for food security.
