Dirk Holz has been appointed as the chairman of the management of Commerz Real Fund Management S.a.r.l. (CRFM). CRFM is the Luxembourg-based investment management company of the real assets subsidiary of Commerzbank. Holz is succeeding Jan-Peter Müller, who had left the company at the end of 2021. In his function he intends to expand and develop the fund platform – both for institutional investors and for private investors.
In addition, Klimavest, the ELTIF (European Long Term Investment Fund) managed by CRFM, and for whose portfolio management and financial accounting Dirk Holz is also responsible, is to be developed into the flagship product in the renewable energies segment.
