HSBC announced the appointment of Steven Caluwaerts as Director within Global Distribution Support & Transfer Agency (GDTA), HSBC Securities Services (HSS) in Luxembourg. Steven Caluwaerts reports to Nick Maton, Head of Securities Services locally and to Sooraj Sreenivasan, Global Head of GDTA Product. Steven is joining HSBC from Citi where he was European Transfer Agency Product Head. He has 20 years of extensive experience in all aspects of the European fund administration business. Prior roles in Citi included European Fund Accounting Product Head, Funds Chief Administrative Officer and Project Director for several large scale fund migrations. Steven Caluwaerts holds degrees in Computer Science, Engineering and Business Administration.
