DLL, a global provider of asset-based financial solutions, announced today the intended appointment of Carlo van Kemenade as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chairman of the Executive Board of DLL, subject to final approval of the applicable regulatory authorities. Van Kemenade will succeed William F. Stephenson, who announced his retirement from DLL earlier this year.
