Regus announce intention to acquire Taminiau Business Services in the Netherlands

Deal expands Regus’ Benelux centre network to 56 locations Regus, the world’s largest provider of innovative workspace solutions, today announces its acquisition, of eight business centres from office supplier Taminiau Business Services. The agreement, signed by both parties, states the intention to acquire business centres in Breda, Capelle aan de IJssel, Den Bosch, Eindhoven, Geleen, Maastricht and Tilburg from 1 February 2010. Across its Dutch network Regus is currently experiencing strong demand. The timely addition of the 8 Taminiau centres, located in major Dutch business hubs and complementary to the existing Regus network, will help the business meet these growing needs and expectations of its current and future customers.
