The independent Luxembourg law firm Bonn Steichen Partners (BSP) was named «Luxembourg Law Firm of the Year» by the famous financial law publication IFLR (International Financial Law Review) at a ceremony held in London last Thursday. The firm received two more awards in the categories «High Yield Deal of the Year» and “Private Equity Deal of the Year” for its work on the ICBPI and WorldPay deals, both led by Private Equity partner Linda Harroch. The IFLR awards celebrate every year the most innovative deals, teams, firms and in-house dealmakers.
