LuxembourgforFinance: Luxembourg as the Euro Zone’s FinTech Hub

Luxembourg for Finance, in partnership with the Japan Fintech Association and the Luxembourg Trade and Investment Office Tokyo, held a seminar at Tokyo's Dots to discuss recent trends in financial technology with a special focus on virtual currencies. More than 150 participants from Japan's vibrant Fintech community, technology industry, academic world and regulatory authorities attended the event.   Luxembourg's Minister of Finance, Pierre Gramegna, opened the seminar by addressing major trends in the digitalisation of financial services and confirmed the support the government offers innovative technologies as well as entrepreneurship.
