1. We saw how treasuries had to adapt at speed to the constraints and requirements of home working, including replacing manual, paper-based processes wherever possible. What were the easier “quick wins” and what proved more challenging?
The treasurers had to adapt quickly without being able to procrastinate or fine-tune. We noticed that very few treasury organizations had BCP (Business Continuity Plan) in place, documented and tested. The most digitalized ones had no real problems.
