The partners of Elvinger Hoss Prussen are pleased to announce that Luc Frieden, avocat à la Cour, will join Elvinger Hoss Prussen on October 1, 2016 as partner in the firm's corporate, banking and finance group. Luc Frieden will focus on providing legal and strategic advice to companies and organisations with European and global interests. His areas of advice will include Luxembourg and European law issues, including the consequences of the Brexit referendum, mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance as well as regulatory and compliance matters.
