The newly elected Board of Directors at the ILA (Institut Luxembourgeois des Administrateurs - Association sans but lucrative) Annual General Meeting of 21 June has appointed Virginie Lagrange Chair of the Luxembourg Directors’ Association. Virginie is the third woman to be elected chair of the 3000-member organisation. Her election comes at a key moment given the rising importance of ensuring effective oversight of business activity.
Virginie has been a member of the ILA Board of Directors and ILA Vice-Chair since 2021. She is an ILA Certified Director and has over the years participated in several ILA Working Committees.
