Ogier has promoted Benjamin Devouassoux to senior associate in the Luxembourg corporate team.
Benjamin, who works in the team led by partner Bertrand Geradin, is admitted in France and England Wales, and advises clients on complex shareholders’ agreements, domestic/cross-border mergers or demergers, private equity transactions, review and negotiation of security documents and senior/mezzanine facility agreements.
Ogier's Luxembourg office celebrated its fifth anniversary last year, and saw the promotion of Laurent Thailly to the partnership, and the recruitment of James Bermingham as Counsel, managing associates Anne-Gaelle Delabye and Frédéric Pilorget and several hires at associate level.
