VNX Exchange launches operations and announces first offering of digital assets backed by investment into top Korean blockchain holding Streami Inc Luxembourg

VNX Exchange, an asset backed token issuance and trading platform, announced launch of its platform and the first offering of asset backed tokens at the Global Venture Summit in Luxembourg. VNX Exchange is a pioneer in transforming fundraising for VC industry in Europe. VNX is changing the way how Venture Funds raise capital through issue of digital assets. The first offering of 3 mln EUR was announced at the “Ring the bell” ceremony by Alexander Tkachenko, CEO and founder of VNX Exchange, in the presence of Pierre Gramegna, Luxembourg Minister of Finance, and In-kyu Park, The Embassy of the Republic of Korea to the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
