Armacell, a global leader in flexible foam for the equipment insulation market and a leading provider of engineered foams, acquires Guarto SRL, an Italian manufacturer of acoustic insulation solutions.
Founded in 1966, Guarto is engaged in the design, manufacture and trade of non-flammable thermoplastic products (high quality heavy layers) used mainly for soundproofing purposes. The company's products are principally used in the marine and rail markets, and to a lesser extent in the automotive and construction industry.
