Eurasian Resources Group ("ERG" or "The Group"), a leading diversified natural resources group headquartered in Luxembourg, has been awarded a Platinum medal by Ecovadis, the independent sustainability ratings provider, in recognition of its subsidiary Kazchrome's ESG achievements.
TNC Kazchrome JSC, which is based in Kazakhstan and is the world's largest ferrochrome producer by chrome content, has received the high sustainability score of 75 out of 100 (2021: 60) from EcoVadis. The Platinum medal is the highest possible level of recognition and places Kazchrome within the top 1 percent of companies in the global iron and steel industry in terms of ESG ratings.
