Centre de Recherche Henri Tudor: "Open and collaborative innovation in banking services: evidence from Luxembourg"

Financial institutions have traditionally been attributed with the dependence on external technologies and other types of knowledge in their innovation activity. Relative importance of the different sources of knowledge and modes of its inflow for the innovation in financial services remain promising research areas from the both academic and practitioner perspectives.   This study, lead by the Public Research Centre Henri Tudor, deals with a number of topics such as the open nature of innovation processes, the role of clients, cooperation with other entities on innovation activities, etc ... 24.3 % of ABBL bank members responded to the survey collecting the information about their dependence on external tecnologies and other types of knowledege in their innovation...
