Amin Bouazza is part of the Litigation and Regulatory team. He advises and represents local and international clients in litigation and dispute resolution matters, including cross-border commercial disputes and debt recovery, directors' liability and shareholders’ disputes.
Aldric de Clinchamps, a member of DLA Piper's Corporate team, advises investors, investment fund managers or initiators, on the legal, corporate and regulatory aspects of investment funds in Luxembourg. He focuses on the structuring and formation of alternative investment funds in regulated or non-regulated vehicles.
