The CSSF informs that on 10 May 2011, at its request, the 1st vice-president of the Luxembourg district court, sitting in commercial matters, appointed, in accordance with article 25(2) of the Luxembourg securitisation law of 22 March 2004, KPMG ADVISORY S. r.l., represented by Mr. Eric COLLARD, as provisional administrator (administrateur provisoire) of the socit anonyme LIFEMARK S.A., with registered office at 46A, avenue John F. Kennedy, Luxembourg, for a new period of six (6) months from the delivery of this order (i.e. 11 May 2011), with an unchanged mandate and unchanged most extensive management powers (please refer to our press release of 15 February 2010).
