Dr Marcel Bartnik has extensive experience in the Luxembourg investment fund industry. He has been working in Luxembourg for close to 15 years, advising institutional clients, private equity firms, investment houses and high-net-worth individuals across the corporate, real estate, private equity and finance sectors both in Luxembourg and internationally. His main areas of expertise include fund formation and structuring advice for alternative investment funds (AIF) as well as traditional retail (UCITS) funds, including AIFMs and management companies.
