Vistra Fund Management S.A. (“VFM”), the Luxembourg-based third-party alternative investment fund manager (“AIFM”) of Vistra Group, is pleased to announce the acquisition of the Kroll (Luxembourg) Management Company S.à r.l. ("Kroll ManCo"), a prominent super management company holding Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities (UCITS) and Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) licenses. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals.
