Can you shortly describe the history of your Company?
Multiconcept Fund Management S.A. is a Luxembourg investment funds management company which was originally set up in 2004 as a management company authorised to manage Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities (“UCITS”) under Chapter 15 of the Luxembourg Law of 17 December 2010. We subsequently obtained in 2014 the authorisation to act as Alternative Investment Fund Manager (“AIFM”) for alternative investment funds (“AIF”) under the Luxembourg Law of 12 July 2013...
