AGEFI Luxembourg: Paul, you have introduced during the last European Captive Forum (ECF) in Lux in Nov. 2022 firstly a community of independent captive board members. Their discussion aroused great interest among the Luxembourg Summit participants. However, you are as an employee of Zurich Insurance Group not engaged as a captive board member. Can you please share your motivation to drive such an initiative?
