GGG Holding passe le milliard

Universal Filter International SpA (U.F.I.), société italienne de Vérone, a servi d’ap-port en nature à un entrepreneur de Montecarlo, M. Giorgio Girondi, dans le cadre de l’augmentation de capital de GGG Holding. 3.870.000 actions de U.F.I., représentant 77,4% de sa participation, ont ainsi été souscrites, via la Société Euro-péenne de Banque, pour un montant de LUF 1,08 milliard, ce qui porte le capital de GGG Holding à LUF 1.081.250.000.
