Global law firm Goodwin announced today that Harry Ghillemyn has joined the firm's Financial Restructuring practice as counsel in the Luxembourg office.
Ghillemyn represents a wide range of clients on banking and capital markets mandates, with a particular focus on fund finance, real estate finance, banking regulatory matters, securitization and listing of debt securities. He also advises clients on complex cross-border restructuring and insolvency matters, including security enforcement, and is a member of the International Association of Restructuring, Insolvency Bankruptcy (INSOL).
