Luxempart pursues the streamlining of its portfolio initiated in 2020 under its revised strategy. Since 2019, Luxempart has been a significant minority shareholder in Novotergum, a German group of physiotherapy centres employing more than 600 people in over 50 centres. Novotergum has the vision and objective to provide high-quality yet cost-controlled physio-therapy services to a large portion of the German population. It furthermore wants to develop these services in the context of growing demand and need for digitalised services in order to adapt to more and more personalised needs of the patient base.
