Navigating Luxembourg’s new third-country branch regime: Key changes and practical implications

The Law was published in the Journal officiel du Grand-Duché de Luxembourg on 6 May 2026 and entered into force on 10 May 2026.   The new regime introduces a harmonised framework for third-country undertakings (TCUs) providing core banking services in Luxembourg.
