This strategic recruitment has been performed in order to further professionalise the Association. The regulatory constraints and challenges for the Compliance officers in Luxembourg have strongly increased during the past years. Marie's main objective for the coming years will be, in the interest of the profession and its members, to reinforce the quality of services that the ALCO is providing to its members.
Increasing the visibility of the ALCO including its working groups, ensuring a smooth and efficient communication with all stakeholders will help the ALCO achieving its goals. Building a user friendly and modern website, incorporate in our working groups ESG and AML 6 related topics, those are more concrete areas on which Marie will be focused in the coming weeks...
