Senior executives and managers are often looking for the services of consultants, good consultants. Demanding clients, aggressive competition, increasing regulation or lack of internally available knowledge and capacity, those are all typical drivers for starting a quest to find external support. Irrespective of how clients procure consulting services the objective remains the same – hire a good consultant.
